Access theAbout the roleFixed term temportary part time opportunity to be accountable for delivering a range of administrative services from Staff Identification (ID) Badges, Proximity Cards, and Parking Permits to all administrative work for the function of Clinical Multimedia and Operational Support Services. The position is required to deliver a professional customer-based service with a focus on effective communication.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Manage the issuing of ID Badges for all new employees, current staff, marketing representatives, volunteers, students, and contractors.
- Work autonomously, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers in resolution of conflict, meet deadlines, establish work priorities, organise meetings and appointments.
- Well developed skills using Microsoft office software i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point and the ability to acquire knowledge of other Queensland Health specific software.
- Issue after-hours vehicle permits, taxi vouchers and motorcycle parking permits for relevant staff members.
- Receptionist Services for Operational and Support Services Directorate providing information and assistance to staff, visitors and members of the public. The position receives enquiries over the counter, via the telephone and email. Provides assistance to staff and members of the public regarding complaints related to parking infringements.
