This is a dynamic role where responsibilities can evolve with time. Initially, this position will focus on the post-award activities related to the Property portfolio, such as Solar, Electrical, and HVAC contracts, as well as supporting simple sourcing activities (gardening contracts for example) and issuing/processing POs.
