About the Role:
As the Administration Officer within the Credit and Collections Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Enter payments from various streams daily.
- Maintaining Customer accounts.
- Research and investigate discrepancies in billing.
- General administration support to the Collections team.
- Data analysis and preparing regular reports on key business metrics.
- Maintenance and updates to company systems and databases.
- Comply with policies & procedures of the Consumer Finance Division including the Credit Policy, Privacy Act & NCC.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Excellent administrative skills, well organised and an eye for detail
- Strong systems, data and analytical skills
- Exposure to the broad finance function in your previous role(s) and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Good written and verbal skills
- Tech savvy, familiar and comfortable with a range of technology and computer systems
