About the Role
- Support the effective operation of the administration service by being responsive to changes in rostering and quickly adapting to workplace team dynamics.
- Provide a high level of administrative support to multidisciplinary teams as required including, but not limited to, word processing, and correspondence.
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, gender, identity, ages or abilities.
