We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Administration Officer to become an integral part of our dynamic team based in Dandenong, Victoria. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, ensuring that no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!Your key responsibilties will include but not limited to: Enquiry Management: Efficiently handle incoming enquiries, directing calls to the appropriate team members. Document Preparation: Prepare quotations, tender responses, and relevant documentation for both internal and external Stakeholders. Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into existing systems, including Insphire, Salesforce or Navision. CRM Maintenance: Take charge of maintaining and managing our Customer Relationship Management Systems. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure prompt and professional responses. Administration Excellence: Undertake general administration duties, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in customer service.
