As a client focused, professional Administration Officer you will showcase your client service skills and ability to add value to our clinical team to deliver excellence in hearing health care. We are seeking a full-time (5 days per week, Monday - Friday) Administration superstar for our Nedlands clinic.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Client liaison (face to face, telephone, email)
- Calendar management
- Dispatch and receipting of mail, hearing aids and hearing aid accessories
- Client troubleshooting and minor repairs to hearing aids
- Managing stock levels for clinic requirements
- Data entry
- General correspondence
- Banking procedures and petty cash management
- Month-end reporting and processes
- Ad hoc planned leave cover in our Bunbury clinic may be required
Our ideal candidate will have:

- Highly developed communication skills
- A friendly, caring personality with a passion for making a difference
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and work efficiently in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accurate computer skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to work in various clinic locations at short notice.
- Have a driver's license and own a vehicle
- Previous experience in a similar environment will be highly regarded, although not essential as full training is provided
