Who we are looking for
RAR are currently looking to fill an Administration Officer position in Spearwood, WA.
About the Role:
This role will predominantly be based in the reception area creating a warm, caring and efficient first impression for clients, callers and visitors. The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administration support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic.
The objective of this position is to complete administrative duties accurately and of a high quality in a timely manner. The position involves data entry, document preparation, administration tasks and distributing information to stakeholders.
About You:
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Experience / knowledge of NDIS will be required
- Medical or Allied Health Administration background will be highly regarded
- Communication Skills – ability to listen effectively and express oneself in a clear articulate manner
- Information Collection and Management – ability to collect, organise and monitor data efficiently
- Planning and Organising – ability to multi-task, prioritise and schedule tasks and activities
- Attention to Detail – ability to produce accurate and high-quality work through concern for all areas involved
- Customer Service Skills – ability to develop good customer relationships with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
- Adaptability – ability to adjust approach to meet changing demands and situations including dealing with diverse people
- Confidentiality – ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills and problem-solving attitude
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 or similar
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary therapy team
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or eligibility to obtain
NB: Commencement of this position is contingent on possessing a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
