Palm Lake Care’s Bethania and Mount Warren Park Aged Care Community is currently seeking a Casual Administration Officer to join our team across both sites. 

We have an incredible opportunity for the right person where you will make a significant impact and have a direct effect on the community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Administration Officer to join our team. You will play a pivotal part supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the community as well as all things rostering and administration.

Ideally you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience a fast-paced administration environment
• Rostering and Kronos experience
• A warm and friendly manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Word, Excel & Outlook
• Attention to detail and an ability to effectively manage your time
• Empathy with elderly residents and their families
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• National Police Check
