We are seeking an Administration Officer to be the first point of call and the face of our office. Your organisation skills, time management experience and communication will be paramount to this position. Based in our Ballarat office you will work Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm. You will be able to learn from a diverse team across all levels of the business and gain immense experience.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a lead by example mentality, display natural confidence, have well-developed decision-making skills and strive to exceed expectation. You must be able to work autonomously whilst remembering that you are part of a national team.
Your tasks will include:
- Working with the Operational and Administration teams to support critical business functions including but not limited to financial reconciliation, payroll, training and compliance
- Support and coordination of administration tasks for the operations and administration team
- Perform all relevant administrative functions such as data entry, reporting, scanning, filing
- Monitor and coordinate first point of contact to the wider team
Essential Criteria:
- Certificate in Business Administration or experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and prioritising skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be a quick and confident learner
