The Role
We have multiple roles working within various administration teams at MLC, and while currently the roles are in administration, slowly these roles will be transitioning to an end-to-end case manager style role, where you’ll take a call from either an existing client, financial advisor or employer and action their request from start to finish and provide an update when their request has been completed.
There’s lots of tasks and duties associated with each role, but we’ll be sure to provide you with full on the job training to make sure we set you up for success. These opportunities are hybrid working, so it’s a mix of working from both home and the office.
What we Look for in a Successful Candidate
Firstly, it does not matter if you don’t have any experience in financial services, as we’ll be sure to teach you everything you need to know, the most important trait for us that we look for is people with a willingness and a hunger to learn, people who’ll bring their energy and passion to work every day.
Secondly, we are after people who enjoy getting in and getting the job done, and being themselves the whole time, people who are passionate about solving problems and taking initiative to challenge the status quo. Lastly, dedication, strong team working and communication skills are vital to have to make sure you can hit the ground running – so if this sounds like you, we’d love to see your application ASAP.
