Your new role:
We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our busy and dynamic team in Seven Hills, Sydney. Providing a good work life balance, this role will provide variety as the day-to-day duties will vary based on the needs of the team as well as business and client requirements and priorities.
Primarily, the successful candidate will be involved in:
- Taking enquiries and allocating appropriate calls
- Working on quote preparation
- Accurate data entry into existing systems
- Maintenance and management of our Customer Relationship Management Systems
- Working closely with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- General regular administration duties
- Additional ad hoc administration duties depending on business needs.
- Experience in a similar administration role in a fast-paced environment (preferably from manufacturing, supply chain or transport hire)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong skills in MS Office suite products (Outlook, Work and Excel).
- Ability to work to and meet deadlines.
- A desire to work within a group with strong teamwork values.
- Previous experience in the sales, hire, construction, manufacturing, or corporate support activities with CRM systems will be highly regarded.
