Seeking a self-motivated Administrator with great communication and attention to detail to join our team in Bassendean
About the role
UGL’s Manufacturing & Maintenance business is searching for an Administration & Payroll Officer to join our high performing Finance team, located at our facility in Bassendean. The role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will partner with the business and be the Administrative and Payroll Officer for the Management team at the facility.
You will be responsible for general administrative support, communication amongst stakeholders and customers alike, processing of payroll, travel coordination and supporting management team with other ADHOC projects
About you
· You will have 3+ years previous administration and payroll experience within a commercial environment, possess exceptional communication skills, coupled with a genuine interest in building relationships within the organisation

· Intermediate level of Microsoft – Excel, Word and Outlook
· Cross check and input of weekly payroll timesheets, including labour hire processing
· Ensure onboarding compliance is captured and loaded into systems
· Maintain site training records through the UGL One Learning Portal
· Administration of Service Orders
· Analysis of Service Order Costs, Expenses and Labour and Hourly Charge Rates
· Create Service orders, invoices, and reports as required
· Provide administration support onsite team
· Coordinate travel and accommodation requests as required
