Administration Reception Officer
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail oriented Administration Reception Officer to join our dynamic and very busy Administration team. If you have a passion for accuracy, compliance and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
Essential Criteria:
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Great phone manner and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience in general financial reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client and organisational information.
- Be able to work autonomously with little supervision, as well as part of a team.
- High-level computer and data entry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with general office duties including answer telephone calls, attend front counter, mailing, and assist other managers with information and administrative requests.
- Assisting Finance, Payroll and Accounts Officers with general finance reconciliations and reporting.
- Petty cash and cash receipting.
- Assist in the maintenance of records, forms, lists, and registers.
- Maintaining and monitoring the organisations Website and Facebook social media platforms.
- Assist with the completion of quality data and analysis indicators.
- Administrative support for the General Manager and Care Manager.
- Other administrative duties as required.
