Dynamic growing family company has a vacancy for a "hands on" Operations Manager to coordinate, oversee and deliver on our automotive project builds.
Established in Toowoomba 2012, we are industry leaders in delivering high end vehicle projects builds to a variety of business's and clients Australia wide.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage and supervise all day-to-day operations, maintain customer service targets, deliver business objectives in accordance with the agreed KPI's and budgets.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Direct supervision of all operational employees and sub-contractors
- Coordination and allocation of duties and tasks to meet daily production requirements.
- Oversee and manage build objectives and targets.
- Identify areas of concern and make the necessary changes to rectify.
- Human resource management of all operational personnel.
- Possess a willingness to set and maintain high standards including the mentoring of others and taking responsibility for outcomes.
- Capable of prioritizing work & managing changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and improve on existing company Quality Assurance.
- Maintain and improve company OHS standards.
- Full responsibility and accountability for the output and performance of operations.
To be successful within this position you will have:
- Qualifications in frontline management, project management or equivalent extensive "hands-on" experience in managing teams of over 20 personnel.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, developing teams within a small to medium sized business.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing company objectives in accordance with a highly scheduled environment.
This position requires a "hands-on" manager, a leader who will work from the ground up.
Our company continues to experience high product demand with an expectation of significant business growth forecast over the coming months. We are seeking to include an additional experienced senior manager to the team who can facilitate and guide the company to the next level.
