We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Support Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rostering and general administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a Full Time, Permanent opportunity with a friendly, supportive culture. The hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Duties will involve but not be limited to:
- Coordinate and manage staff rosters
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Liaise with clients and their families to ensure needs are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with client intake and assessments
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the NDIS framework
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in with rostering and light admin duties
