Administration Support / Freight Driver

Gunnedah Freight Centre is a freight transport company, dedicated to providing daily deliveries within the local Gunnedah area. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a dedication to ensuring freight is delivered undamaged and on-time, every time. 

We are seeking a full-time Admin Support / Freight Driver to join our busy team. Training and development opportunities are available to the right candidate. 

Key responsibilities / skills: 

• Provide administrative support for the operation of the company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs e.g. Excel and Outlook 
• Answering phone and email enquires
• Complete smaller local deliveries – truck licence not required
• Manual labour in the warehouse. 
• Accounting tasks using specialised software, e.g. Xero

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Highly motivated, energetic, and hardworking
• Reliable and honest
• Committed to providing high quality customer service
• Competent in complying with WHS company policies and procedures
• Able to work independently within a cohesive team

The successful candidate must hold a current, non-restricted drivers’ licence and have a good driving record.
