Role Overview:
The Administration Support Officer is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the UnitingSA Housing Program. The Administration Support Officer will assist in all aspects of administration, from reception support, data entry, property administration and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of rental management (e.g. calculations, arrears, vacancies and reviews etc).
- Undertake administrative duties as directed by the Housing Services Operations Manager including tenancy, receipting and debtors.
- Reporting on rent arrears.
- Assist in coordinating on-charge costs for tenants (e.g. water bills and maintenance)
- Assist with coding, scanning and TechnologyOne workflows of creditor invoices.
- Attend to electricity connections and disconnections.
- Attend SACAT hearings regarding tenant rent matters.
- A Certificate III qualification in Business Administration or related discipline and/or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in office administration, accounts, or property management.
- Previous experience in triaging tenant maintenance and scheduling works (desirable).
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word and Excel Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Experience with different operation systems.
