The Contract: Ongoing, Full-Time, 80.0 hours per fortnight with monthly Accrued Day Off (ADO)
The Position:
In this role you will perform a range of administrative duties that include providing financial, reception and typing services to Medical Imaging clinicians within BRHS. As part of our administration team you will support our Health Professionals in providing a professional service to the local community. This role will be part of a rotating roster which includes weekends and will work across our Medical Imaging offices at both the hospital campus and the CBD campus.

Key selection criteria:
- Minimum two years' experience in administrative/reception roles
- A certificate in Business or Business Administration is desirable
- Excellent administration skills, with the ability to produce simple documents in accordance with organisational standards
- Competent user of Microsoft Office package programs, with proficiency and experience working with client databases

The Medical Imaging department consists of Medical Imaging Technicians supported by a strong Administration Team who are responsible for providing a professional diagnostic imaging service to the local community at both the hospital and the central business district (CBD) campus. Staff liaise closely with the general public, Emergency Department, wards, local doctors and visiting specialists and are assisted by the expertise of visiting Radiologists to provide this service.
