Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Site Administration team, maintaining quality and compliance
- Ensure accuracy and currency of job costs, accounts receivable and project claims
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows
- Maintain system compliance and support across all systems and programs
- Proactively monitor and report on objectives, opportunities, risks and successes within the accounts receivable and site administration function
- Monitor and manage job lists, job reviews and progress claims in line with the work management processes
- Develop a high level of service to support our Operations team and Site Management
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the Site Administration team
The successful Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills and with a minimum 4 year Team Leadership experience within an office environment.
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous Project or Site Administration experience with knowledge of cost control and project manager techniques
- Experience in ERP such as Jobpack
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills with great excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
