About the Position
The City of Stirling is seeking a passionate Team Leader to jointhe Building Services team.
The Administration Team Leader – Building Services is responsible for supervising a team of Client Liaison Officers inthe delivery of administrative support services to the DevelopmentServices Business Unit. The position is responsible for thesupervision of administrative officers, customer service delivery,inventory and financial account management, process control,statistical reporting, and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities
The duties of the Business Support Officer will include but arenot limited to:
- Lead and supervise a team of Client Liaison Officers to provide high quality customer service when responding to queries and providing advice to internal and external stakeholders on the City’s administrative systems.
- Monitor the progress of team members in line with key performance indicators and identity any training needs.
- Ensure administrative processes are carried out in a timely and efficient manner in line with Business Unit key performance indicators.
- Work effectively with other Business Units to carry out relevant duties and to develop processes and systems where administrative interaction occurs.
- Conduct regular review of administrative processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure their ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compile statistics, data and other reports as required for the Business Unit for review by the Leadership Team, Elected Members and state and national government departments.
About You

- Demonstrated high level organisational skills, including the ability to plan your own workload, prioritise and meet competing deadlines without supervision.
- Great communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience with leading an administrative team.
- Administration experience providing high quality customer service, data entry, general office duties and report and procedure writing skills.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft suite – Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point with an ability to become familiar with other relevant programs.

This permanent full-time position is a Level 6 Inside WorkforceAgreement position which attracts a salary from$82,652.26-$87,002.29 gross pro rata per annum plussuperannuation.
