The key purpose of the Team Leader is to provide a high level of administration support to Acacia Prison Health Centre whilst managing a team of medical receptionists.
What you?ll be doing
Working collaboratively with the Healthcare team and Healthcare Services Manager in assisting them with any administrative support.
Delegating and leading a small team of other medical receptionists (Managing their leave, consolidating work to each receptionist and reporting)
Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive material and data associated with this role.
Providing administrative training and support for new staff members within the Healthcare centre
Undertake duties of the medical receptionists as well as the SMR and Team Leader responsibilities.
Demonstrating high ethical professional standards and compliance with the Acacia Prison code of conduct and policies.
