Call Centre & Customer Service Customer Service NSW Other Contract or Temp Newcastle area Great hourly rate Contract role Job Description: Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of their customer service department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and providing excellent support. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and issue resolution. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and response times. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. Proficient in using customer service software and other relevant tools. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
