Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office manager and team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student and staff information.
Assist in the coordination of training programs and events.
Handle inquiries from students and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Utilise Microsoft Teams and other office tools for efficient communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within an RTO.
Strong knowledge of RTO processes and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
