The Office Administrator & Assistant position on offer includes the following duties.
- Management of the groups head office (up to 6 staff members) including answering phones, filing and scanning documents, organising the boardroom for meetings, arranging cleaning of the office, arranging for IT and maintenance issues to be attended to.
- Digitizing documents and maintaining appropriate indexes of documents.
- Ensuring the premises is clean and tidy (including general tidy up of kitchen and bathrooms).
- Providing teas/coffees and lunch as required (lunch does not include preparation, only collection and/or serving).
- Bank, post office and other local visits to suppliers when required.
- MYOB data entry
- Personal assistance to directors including responsibilities such as paying bills, making travel arrangements, arranging health, home and vehicle insurance policies.
