About the role
This role will see you providing administration support.
The successful candidate will:
1. Identify problems, and quickly solve them.

Key responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain the office and electronic communications
• File management including paper and electronic filing of documents.
• Maintenance of databases
• Data management in various online portals
• Diarise and manage important dates
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including checking PO Box and make urgent deliveries and collections.
• Online research as required
