Quietly confident, and understanding the need for complete confidentiality, you possess exceptional communication and presentation skills and are willing to work across a diverse range of tasks. You pride yourself on being a team player and achieving goals that meet the needs of the Omnicare Client first mindset. You will be highly experienced and resourced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint.
As Administrative Assistant to the Executive Team, you will manage all aspects of scheduling, meeting preparation, preparing reports and presentations, and provide high level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly reports, general correspondence, and the like
- Co-ordinating team meetings, taking and actioning minutes
- Email and general correspondence
- Monitoring, maintaining and meeting compliance requirements in both the Aged Care and NDIS Standards
- Maintaining, managing and reporting on data that assists the Executive leads in their decision management.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
- High level competence using a range of software packages including Outlook, MS 365 suite, with advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated skills in recording and documenting meeting minutes
- Demonstrated ability to draft and format complex written documents
- Demonstrated high level of discretion, diplomacy and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to exercise initiative, working both independently and cooperatively
- Professional, enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
