You should have the ability to put your hand to any tasks provided and complete it in an efficient manner.
Your Duties and Responsibilities includes and is not limited to-
- Assisting in the day to day operations and administrative functions within the business.
- Completion of General Office Duties.
- Processing & reconciling of invoices, returns and credits, follow up of outstanding purchase orders & returns from all suppliers.
- Archiving of confidential data.
- Support for our Retail Division.
- Collating of data and report generation and preparation together with investigation of anomalies
Key Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Handling of confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
