Administrative Assistant

Our Company:
Zone Communications, Optus Singtels' No.1 Telecommunication Franchisee with 19 yes Optus Retail outlets, is looking for a highly organised individual with a "can do attitude" to work in the Administration Team. 

You should have the ability to put your hand to any tasks provided and complete it in an efficient manner. 

Your Duties and Responsibilities includes and is not limited to-

• Assisting in the day to day operations and administrative functions within the business.
• Completion of General Office Duties. 
• Processing & reconciling of invoices, returns and credits, follow up of outstanding purchase orders & returns from all suppliers.
• Archiving of confidential data.
• Support for our Retail Division.
• Collating of data and report generation and preparation together with investigation of anomalies 

Key Skill Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Handling of confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
