In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks from welcoming guests and coordinating events through to organising IT equipment and administrative tasks.

With demonstrated experience within a similar administrative role you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day maintanance of the office, including managing supplies, liaising with vendors, and ensuring a tidy and functional workplace.
You’ll be tech savvy confidently liaising with our support team to ensure that new team members are set up with all the equipment they need and get them set up and ready to go. You’ll possess superb problem-solving abilities, be a go-to person to get things done and like to have fun!

Day to day, responsibilities will include helping the team with a wide variety of tasks such as:
- General administration
- Compliance activities
- Credit control tasks
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Maintaining common areas and meetings rooms
- Ordering stationery, office and kitchen supplies
- Organising new starter equipment
- Fun stuff – organizing events, morning teas, staff recognition.
