Composed of a vibrant multidisciplinary team, you will be working closely with a National Compliance Manager and alongside a wider national team of respected architects, designers and industry experts! Acting as a true brand ambassador between front of house and back office, the Studio Assistant role is key to contributing to their studio social committee, you will also enjoy Friday get togethers, internal team events, monthly breakfasts and other team initiatives.

A snapshot of your role…
- Assist the National Compliance and Technical Quality Manager achieve continuous certification of the company's management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and other series standards
- Support in holding periodic management system reviews across multiple departments to ensure the systems are properly adopted and implemented and management standards are adhered to
- Coordinate and assist the wider Leadership Team with exciting change management projects from inception to delivery
- Help implement training programs and improve organisational communication to educate and engage your wider team on process changes and system enhancements
- Undertake both project and system audits in accordance with the audit programs
