Miss Scarlett is a Perth-based bridal label specialising in modern bridal designs that are sold in bridal boutiques across the globe.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and fast-learner with strong administrative skills to join our close-knit team.
About the Role
The Administrative Assistance role we are looking to fill is suitable for an individual seeking a part-time position of up to 20 hours of work per week.
They must be available to work on-site in our Kewdale office in Perth, Western Australia, starting immediately.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Processing orders
• Liaising with our production team
• Tracking and receiving stock
• Inventory management
• Dispatching orders
• Creating, sending and tracking invoices
• Liaising with clients via email
• Occasionally assisting with photoshoots and having fun with content creation!
About You
• Have a passion for fashion, in particular bridal
• Loves team collaboration and contributing to a positive team spirit
• Excellent attention-to-detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Xero, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Squarespace, Social Media platforms and Canva is preferred
