Our Sydney Corporate practice group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join them on an 18-month contract working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
As the Administrative Assistant you will work closely with the Legal Assistants to provide administrative support to legal and business services staff to enhance our client experience.
Your day to day will involve however not be limited to:
- Provide timely and accurate support to Legal staff and Assistants with administrative support needs.
- Deliver high quality, accurate work whilst managing deadlines, responding to change and the competing priorities of all work.
- Scan, print or photocopy relevant documents.
- Attending to opening of new matters and attending to file management (including preparing files for archiving and manage return and retrieval of files following firm guidelines).
- Provide support such as dealing with incoming mail, amending documents, expense management and any other administrative duties.
To be successful you will have:
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- The ability to work in the office five days per week is essential.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
