Flexibility in working hours, including some later starts and finishes, will be required to cover for other staff members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily Logistics and Warehousing administration tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and manage documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide support for scheduling and inventory management.
- Perform data entry and generate reports as required.
- Cover for other staff members during their absence, which may include later starts and finishes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in Logistics and Warehousing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
