HBT Services QLD is responsible for the overhauls of longwall machinery across QLD and operates under two (2) plants, being Overhauls and Gearbox repairs.
Position purpose:
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support services at HBT Services QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for:
• Support the operational areas of the business with purchasing and administration duties.
• Managing the collection of and entry of job time sheets.
• Maintaining and updating databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Preparing and distributing internal communications and documents.
• Supply data and reports when requested to support the business functions of HBT Services Qld.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filling, data entry, looking after visitors and assisting with general reception and telephone duties.
• Scheduling meetings and minute taking.
• Provide general support to various departments as required.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience in general administrative support role.
• Ability to always maintain confidentiality on information.
• Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of software and tools.
• Ability to build professional relationships with multiple stakeholders including,
customers, industry partners and employees.
