What’s the Job?
The role of Administration assistant exists to provide administrative, coordination, communication and project tasks relative to the work of all Aged Care funded programs, including STRC initiated by the MNC - Kempsey office. The role of Administration Assistant - assists with all STRC and HCP requirements for claiming, compliance and financials.
What we need from you:
> Excellent financial and literary skills including use of all computer software systems
> Experience in providing frontline customer service
> Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail
> Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse group
> Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative
> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
> Demonstrated experience in working with people at all levels in a medium to large organisation with multiple sites (Team Player)
> Current NSW Drivers Licence
> Fully vaccinated against Covid 19
> Possess a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance or be willing to obtain one
