We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. This job will appeal to someone who is looking for secure, long term employment with career prospects.
Its a full time entry level position into the General Insurance Broking Industry, (Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5pm). You will be responsible for:
- Invoicing Policies for our clients (data entry)
- Back up Reception where needed - answering phones/greeting clients
- Pick up daily mail as well as collate and drop off mail to the Post Office
- General Assistance (pick up office supplies, events, social media, staff functions (including birthdays) etc).
For this role, you will need the following attributes/skills:
- Proven previous administrative skills

- Strong work ethic

Previous experience/qualification within the Insurance Industry is preferred (but not essential).
