DFK Laurence Varnay is a leading accounting and business advisory firm seeking a friendly and enthusiastic admin assistant to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Highly organised
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills and pleasant phone manner
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge in Microsoft office
- Xero experience desirable
- Corporate Secretarial experience desirable
- Marketing experience desirable
In this role, your duties and responsibilities include:
- Database maintenance
- Sending of invoices
- Maintenance of ASIC registry.
- Providing IT assistance in office
- Acting as back-up receptionist when needed
Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm Mon to Fri.
