Brunel is partnering with a renowned leader in the energy industry who's searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team, based in their Tara, QLD office.
As a vital part of our client's team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient support to various functions within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administration assistance to the Upstream Projects Team.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itinerary arrangements for site team members, Brisbane team, and visitors.
- Collaborate with the CBS Allocation team by providing monthly camp allocation numbers for site teams.
- Assist the Site Team in submitting various IT Requests.
- Manage and coordinate Fleet Vehicles maintenance, including pool vehicle requests.
- Facilitate PPE requests for personnel and assist with Contractor Expense Claims.
- Support in preparing spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and maintaining electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate and organize meetings/workshops, including agenda preparation, advanced PowerPoint presentations, and meeting room setup.
- Manage office stationery, crib, and other supplies.
- Maintain and update calendars, meeting room bookings, and assist in organizing appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Act as a secretary for the site team, compiling agendas, and taking minutes.
- Exceptional experience in maintaining information/data.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role within a busy corporate environment.
- Advanced experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Personable and presentable.
Additional Details:
- This position may require domestic travel.
- Chinchilla or Tara local preferred.
- Attractive rate on offer
