With a history in agriculture, our business has expanded and grown significantly over the past few years and 2024 sees us looking to invest in new systems and scalable programs to further grow and diversify the business. This growth has led to the creation of this new role.
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Particularly Excel)
- Excellent at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple deadlines, and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with demonstrated experience of building strong working relationships in a respectful, collaborative manner.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and document management tasks
- Providing general administrative support to Payroll, Finance and Wellbeing teams as needed
- General office duties (ordering stock, general opening/closing routines)
