Form of workMetro Welder Services Pty Ltd Queensland's largest independent welding equipment repairers with over 32 years of market leading experience are seeking a casual Administrative Assistant experienced in the engineering services field. Our head office based in Brisbane's Port of Brisbane suburb of Lytton and our Sunshine Coast Sub Branch in Kunda Park carry out in house and field servicing of welding, cutting and engineering machinery from Coast to Coast.
Casual work hours 8.30am - 2.30pm for 3-4 days a week
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for the day to day operations of the office.
Duties of this role include:
- First point of contact for all customers
- Service bookings and coordination
- Service warranty coordination
- Supplier liaison
- Sub branch assistant coordinator
- Customer liaison
- Maintenance contracts coordination
- Tender applications processor
- Coordinate Service Technician staff
- Co-ordination of deliveries, couriers & mail
- Daily time sheets and weekly Payroll
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in Customer Service
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Proven experience with Recon – Accounts Hosted
- Data entry, invoicing, purchasing, goods dispatch & receipting experience
- Proven customer service skills
- Experience with parts and dispatching logistics
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately without supervision
