Due to an increase in the Company activities and new business growth, an opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable, focused and motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant within our Team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Administrative Manager and other members of the admin team
- Reception support
- Assisting in administrative tasks & projects for daily company operations
Essential Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong initiative and self-motivation
- Great organisation skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Punctual and Reliable
- Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously
We are looking for someone who is either experienced in administrative positions or someone who is less experienced but is willing to learn.
This role has the potential for flexible work arrangements for the right applicant and rate will be commensurate with experience and skill.
