We currently have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Further Information:
This role will be based at our Croydon Office though will require flexibility to travel to and work from multiple Better Place office locations regularly including Cheltenham and Narre Warren. Some evening work until 8pm will be required.
Key work tasks will include:
- Reception duties
- Greeting clients
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to enquiries
- Supporting senior administrative personnel with special projects
- Maintenance of a professional office environment
- Coordination of general office facilities.
To be considered for appointment, you will possess outstanding customer service skills; demonstrated experience in a similar administrative support role; experience with the Microsoft Office suite and well developed written and verbal communication skills including an ability to communicate with clients and other members of the public.
Having regard to the nature of service provision that Better Place Australia provides to its clientele, cultural awareness and the ability to be sensitive the needs of clients who may be experiencing challenging personal circumstances is required.
