Administrative Executive
Location: Sydney CBD
Salary: $ 70 - 75 k base + super

With a strong presence in Riverwood, NSW, they are expanding their team and seeking a dynamic Administrative Executive to join them.
Job Description: As an Administrative Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations and contributing to the organizational efficiency. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and assisting in the coordination of key projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain and update administrative systems and databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Support HR activities such as recruitment coordination and employee onboarding.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a the healthcare space.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
