This is a Legal Executive Assistant position to support our Managing Solicitor Director for 30 hrs a week over 4 or 5 days. We appreciate both employees and employers’ benefit from a healthy life/work balance and are happy to discuss flexibility, including working school hours.

Duties
- File management
- Diary management
- Data entry using Smokeball software
- Answering phones
- Monitoring & managing solicitor's emails
- Liaising with clients, barristers, courts, internal and external parties
- Dictaphone typing
- Document production using Smokeball software
- Legal searches
- Arranging appointments and conferences
- Filing
- Various other office, support and administrative tasks as required

- Exceptional capacity to support a professional person
- Willingness to learn and a team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to engage with clients
- Ability to work autonomously, be proactive and show initiative
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Typing skills essential
- Strict compliance with confidentiality requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
