POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Officer supports Project Managers with the implementation of development project activities across the Asia-Pacific region, primarily arranging international travel and event logistics and assisting with procurement processes. The position also works closely with the Regional Director to coordinate their meeting arrangements, communications with diplomatic offices and other stakeholders, as well as other ad-hoc tasks.

ABOUT THE TEAM
We are a very small and close-knit team of likeminded academics and admin support staff based in Canberra, working out of the ANU Campus. You will also be coordinating with a diverse range of colleagues across the Asia-Pacific Region and our headquarter in Stockholm.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate complement's their high level admin skills with experience working in a diplomatic and/ or development sector context. Experience with event coordination and making international business travel bookings will set you apart.
