Spinifex State College Junior Campus is seeking a skilled, committed and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will provide effective and efficient administrative support in our busy office with a focus on Human Resources.
Personal attributes that will benefit the position include good communications skills, sound computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise in busy times.
This is a Temporary Part-Time position, 24 hours per week plus ADO and would suit someone wanting to work school hours (approximately 8.30am to 2.30pm). Admin Officers are not required to work school holidays providing a good work life balance.

Your Role:
As an Administration Officer you will:-
- Assist with human resources tasks including; printing of timesheets; leave applications; rosters; and assisting with arranging approved relief for school support staff as directed
- Undertake routine activities including reception (telephone and counter enquiries); student admissions and enrolments; processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform a variety of other administrative and support services as directed by the Principal or Business Manager
- Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner as an active member of a diverse work team
