We have an exciting 6 month fixed term Customer Service and Administration Officer position available with our NSW government client in Sydney.
This position will work Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week and will provide administrative support to the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide range of Administrative support to meet the business needs of the team/unit
- Respond to and resolve enquires and issues
- Coordinate and manage records and databases
- Develop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods
- Gather and collate information, prepare documents and reports on business unit performance
- Maintaining and updating administrative practices
