About the role:
- Undertake various administrative tasks to support the HSW Team.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of Health and Safety programs, initiatives, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to Health and Safety activities, incidents, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain Health and Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a Health and Safety or related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Excel
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use online systems to manage information and data with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently to determine work priorities and deliver work in a timely manner under general guidance
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Finance Systems such as D365 (preferred)
- Hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue card work working with children.
