- Casual Hourly Rate: $30-$35/hr (dependent upon age, skills and experience)
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday availability required (8am - 3pm generally however my vary)
- 20 - 25 hours a week
We are seeking a candidate who is flexible, willing to learn, and able to work both autonomously and in a small team. If you are able and willing to take ownership of your role then this is for you.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Providing Administrative Support to the team including word processing, data entry, and preparation of documents.
- Preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Assisting with the coordination of schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and responding to inquiries.
- Staff rostering with appropriate employees according to clients’ desired qualifications and experience; including, but not limited to, nurses, care workers and hospitality staff.
- Maintaining and updating electronic and hard copy files and ensuring that the confidentiality of records is maintained.
- Maintaining the inventory of office supplies, ordering and restocking as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Experience in Administrative Support roles in aged care and disability
- Experience using Shift Care (but this can be taught)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good phone manner
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Blue Card(Working with Children check), Yellow Card (Disability Worker Screening) and Australian National Police Check
