Job Description: Administrative Support Officer

As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with client billing and debt management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide general Administrative Support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Assist with client billing processes, including generating invoices and statements.
• Follow up on unpaid debts and liaise with clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments as required.
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Administrative Support roles, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks efficiently from home.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with client billing and debt management processes.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
• Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
