About the opportunity:
Workforce Success are seeking a part time or casual office assistant to join our growing team at our head office in Murrarie.
We are a labour hire and permanent recruitment company with an increased demand and workload and require an office assistant to work alongside our team.
This dynamic role is a combination of general office duties and Supporting our leadership team and CEO with other business duties. This role will require you to have a car and drivers licence to perform light errands (ie posting, collecting office supplies etc).
The role can be flexible for the right candidate with 20 – 25 hours per week at the Murrarie office.
The role and Key responsibilities:
- Part time or casual employment of 20 – 25 hours per week. The days and hours can be negotiated with the successful candidate to suit your needs and our office needs.
- Provide administration support to the Office Manager, Leadership team
- Assist with social media posts
- Ensure office supplies and stationery are maintained.
- Run errands, eg posting, collecting items for the office
- Assist in other duties as requested by the leadership team and office requirements.
Role Requirements:
- Must have drivers licence and own car
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- General office operations
- Social media experience
